Lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to and possibly over 50lbs; Standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs; Repetitive motion.
May be exposed to loud noises, fumes, confined spaces, and/or weather/temperature extremes while on a job-site(s) or traveling to/from various job sites.

7:30 am – 4:30 pm (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary
Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, operating, and repairing building systems in an assigned area.
There is currently more than one position open for the Maintenance Technician II. To be considered for each position, you must apply for each position. One application will not be considered for all positions.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Windows/Office; SAP; KRONOS; Driver’s License; experience with building and equipment maintenance; and HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience are preferred. Ability to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
