The Georgia Center, located on campus across from Stegeman Coliseum, is the campus hub for the development and administration of non-credit professional and continuing education courses as well as home of the only on-campus hotel. |

Position Summary |
To assist the Retail Dining Manager in, training and directing of a team of hospitality professionals that ensures service excellence of food and beverage in all outlets within the UGA Center for Continuing Education and Hotel. Responsible for managing retail staff within the outlet operations. Assisting the RDM in the development and management of a service culture that creates a work environment that is focused on the health and safety of guests and employees. |
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies |
Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly. Be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Good communication skills. Ability to plan work schedules, to assign personnel, and supervise the work of subordinates. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and patrons. |

Stand for long periods of time under conditions of high temperature. Lift, pull or roll at least 30lbs. Bend, kneel and work with hands. Driving as needed to perform job duties. |
