The primary role of BFA is to oversee the fiscal management, business operations and built environment of the University. We provide leadership and support for the stewardship of the financial and physical environment to strengthen the University of Denver community with an unwavering commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and a continual focus on the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the Business and Financial Affairs office. They must be an effective, professional, and a diplomatic liaison for the Senior Vice Chancellor to a variety of audiences including University leadership, staff, trustees, alumni, and other constituents (internal and external). This employee must be able to multi-task and prioritize many competing deadlines and timelines. Confidentiality and attention to detail and accuracy are essential to success in this position. The individual in this position must demonstrate a commitment to the principles of Inclusive Excellence.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Salary Grade Number:
The salary grade for the position is 9.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $70,000.
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
