INTRODUCTION
The Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of Connecticut, within the College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Resources, is seeking applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor with excellent training in applied microeconomics and applied econometrics. The Department is especially interested in applicants with a research focus on trade, food marketing, consumer behavior, agribusiness, supply and demand analysis, and/or empirical industrial organization. This is a full-time, 9-month, tenure-track position with 50% teaching and 50% research appointment. The anticipated start date is August 23, 2024. The salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

This is a full-time, 9-month, tenure-track position with an anticipated start date of August 23, 2024. The successful candidate’s academic appointment will be at the Storrs campus. Faculty may also be asked to teach at one of UConn’s regional campuses as part of their ordinary workload. Salary and rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
