Registrar
Specialists maintain process and audit workflows and perform a variety of coordinating functions within the Office of the Registrar that
support the University’s mission. A primary function of our office is supporting student success by creating, maintaining, and preserving
accurate student records.
Registrar Specialists are also responsible for providing effective customer service to students,
departments, and other university stakeholders. This involves prompt and accurate responses to in-person, email, or phone inquiries and
requests, and providing training on registration, grading, and curriculum issues, and other duties as assigned.

In general, Records and Registration Specialists processes forms (electronic and paper) that include, but are not
limited to student registration forms, transcripts, curriculum changes, enrollment and degree verifications, and grade changes.This
particular position will focus on processing:
Compensation and
Benefits
The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $41,802 – $45,000
The salary of
the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience,
education, specialty and training.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable
estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
This position is not eligible for overtime
compensation.
