The University of Cincinnati, Hoxworth Blood Center (HBC) is recruiting for a Donor Communication Lead position, in the Donor Recruitment Division. The intended candidate will participate in donor recruitment and coordinate escalated donor requests. This position will support the University’s mission and commitment to excellence and diversity in our students, faculty, staff, and all our activities.
This position requires friendly, patient, reliable individual. Experience in customer service is ideal; excellent communication skills, a focus on quality, are essential. Bachelor’s Degree
