The Opportunity:
The Rosen College is continuing to expand now offering an accelerated Master’s degree program and 6 undergraduate degree programs serving over 3,000 students. To maintain exceptional service and the strategic goals of the college, our mission is to provide seamless service by developing transitional roles supporting both undergraduate and graduate student services.
This opportunity is dedicated to ensuring student service goals and advising support is carried out on behalf of the university and Rosen College of Hospitality Management. The role will support academic services and initiatives for both graduate and undergraduate academic advising services and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
This dual role will be responsible for:
Supporting general degree program inquiries and admission questions on behalf of the Rosen College for undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
Manage email inquiries and correspondence, provide intentional advising guidance for specialized populations, support retention and timely graduation initiatives and the degree certification process.
Supporting students with course registration and disseminating information regarding university policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
A commitment to exemplary guest service and knowledge of higher education practices and procedures.
