The Center for Social Sector Leadership (CSSL) is an independent center within Berkeley Haas. CSSL develops leaders who transform organizations and advance equity, justice, and sustainability. CSSL provides hands-on, experiential, and guided leadership opportunities by supporting career journeys, providing advice and connections to a web of social impact leaders and organizations, and by pushing the needle on new leadership thinking.

Responsibilities
This role is the first point of contact for the administrative needs of CSSL. The role provides event, accounting, and expense account support; editing, and project facilitation, web page and online calendar maintenance; and other duties as needed/assigned. This role is the first point of contact for the administrative needs of CSSL. The role provides excellent customer service to faculty members, students, staff, external partners, the campus community, and visitors. This includes accounting and expense account support, editing, project facilitation, web page, and online calendar maintenance. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and apply full range of specialized skills and job knowledge.

This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, analysis of internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is Step 1 – $28.44 to Step 10 – $34.88
