Position Highlights | This position will be the first point of contact for Human Resources services within the R Ken Coit College of Pharmacy. The HR Generalist role will encompass the full employee lifecycle from attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation. This position will work in collaboration with the College Leaders and the UAHS HR office. The HR Generalist is responsible for identifying HR needs, developing, recommending, and communicating HR services, programs, and procedures for the College of Pharmacy. The selected candidate has the option to work remotely 2 days per week, or one day per week with a flexible 9/80 schedule.
