The Human Resources Generalist will provide human resources services and consultation to employees and management under the guidance and supervision of the Sr. HR Partner and in collaboration with Provost Business Office leadership. The HRG administers and coordinates recruitment, employment activities, employee relations, classification/compensation, and the development and training for employees and management aligned with the Central HR Division and unique needs of the Provost Business Office. The HRG is also responsible for developing, recommending, establishing, and communicating human resource services, programs, and procedures which recognize and respond to various needs and concerns. University of Arizona Division of Human Resources, in partnership with college and departments, invites qualified HR professionals to apply for the position of Human Resource Generalist III. Multiple positions are available both in the central office and within college and departments. The successful candidates will be responsible for collaborating and supporting HR initiatives and policies related to recruitment/employment, compensation, leave administration, employee relations/performance management, and career development. Additionally, the HR Generalist III will contribute to the HR Client Services team’s and the college or department’s core functions with ATS and HRIS support as needed.
