Position Highlights | The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator supports strategic initiatives of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) for the Eller College of Management. The coordinator plays a supporting role in advancing the strategic focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) within the Eller College of Management. This position is responsible for the identification, coordination and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategies and initiatives in partnership with the Eller College leadership team. The strategies and initiatives implemented will focus on promoting the principles of DEI and measuring the impact of the Eller’s DEI efforts in the areas of departmental policies and practices, training and education, and community outreach. This position is also responsible for providing guidance, leadership and direction to assist Eller staff in implementing actions aimed at dismantling obstacles to foster a more inclusive community for everyone.
