Position Highlights | This individual leads a series of programs and initiatives to provide career education, including functional skills development, at scale through a collaborative campus model that integrates skill-building content into the curriculum and co-curriculum. This position will work to build relationships with campus and community partners to support students’ professional development needs throughout their collegiate experience so that they transition successfully to employment after graduation. The Associate Director, Career Education (Career Strategies Manager II) will implement programming designed to maximize the reach and outcomes of curriculum that instructs students in career design mindset, proactive networking strategies, successful job applications, and interview strategies for students seeking jobs and internships.
