Position Highlights | The Department of Management and Organizations at the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management, invites applications from qualified candidates for a tenure-track positions at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor to begin in August of 2024. Ideal candidates will have a research specialty in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources (OBHR). The Department is seeking strong, productive scholars who are able to work with diverse students and colleagues, and who have experience with a variety of teaching methods and perspectives. The person selected will be expected to teach at multiple levels (undergraduate, MBA/masters, Ph.D.) in variety of educational settings (in-person, online, large or small sections).
The Department of Management and Organizations is among the top 25 management departments nationwide in research productivity and is recognized as a hub of world-class research. The Department’s tenure-track faculty members are known for their research, expertise, and innovative thinking. The department is home to the Center for Leadership Ethics, the Center for Trust Studies, and the Center for Management Innovations in Healthcare, as well as the Business Communication Program and Sports Management Minor.
