This role supports our clients by producing and delivering financial reporting, leading external client communications, managing projects across the team, and supporting day to day service delivery.

Our office is located at 1311 W. Pres Bush Richardson, TX. Employees will be required to work some days onsite and some days from home

This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm CST.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generates and requests ongoing and ad-hoc reporting for internal and external distribution.
• Maintains issue tracking log and monthly recycle report.
• Manages team communication mailbox and distribution of client/broker communications.
• Manages ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for one or more accounts.
• Acts as outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, typically with direct client contact (not call center) and large or complex accounts.
• Builds relationships with employer / group clients (not individual members) and serves as the primary point of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery.
• Represents client internally and coordinates with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs.
• Uses existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of Direct Client Facing Experience
• Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, and create simple spreadsheets), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management) and PowerPoint (creating slides and presentations)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates Degree (or higher)
• Experience with reporting and data analytics

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Reside within Richardson, TX
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
