Full Job Description

This position is from office, Not from home

Turbo Home Services has been in business serving the Houston area. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic to join our team.

It involves answering following up from the office with installers or technicians and customers to make sure all installs are going as planned and service calls

Responsibilities for HVAC dispatcher:

• Answer phones and book service calls for Plumbing and HVAC service
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Support call center team members if they need help and there’s no installs.
• We are looking for team players
• Handle customer inquires and complaints with advanced conflict resolution skills
• Offer additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts when possible.
• Follow up with customers and techs to make sure there’s nothing that got missed on a install.
• Schedule quality control check ups.
• Work together with install manager and quality control supervisor to make sure we do flawless installs and service calls
• Must be experienced with installs and service calls to be able to catch issues before they becomes a bigger problem.

Requirements:

• Must have experience with Hvac installs and service
• Reliable and adaptable
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas
• Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc…
