RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ASSISTANT

FULL TIME EMPLOYEE

MONDAY-THURSDAY 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. (30 MIN LUNCH BREAK)

FRIDAY 8:00 A.M. – 2 P.M. (NO LUNCH)

WAGE- $18-$20 depending on experience

Tri-Phase Electric is an electrical contracting company specializing in Industrial, Commercial and Residential electrical work along with our service division consisting of Electrical and Telecom. Tri Phase Electric is seeking to a full-time receptionist/office assistant to our company.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
• Providing support to the Accounting Department
• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person.
• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
• Performing other duties as assigned or necessary to support the company

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School or equivalent.
• Proficient with computers and bookkeeping software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong typing skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Professional discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
