Position Summary:
Provides consultation, analysis, advice, and education to employees/supervisors/managers/directors in specific human resources areas such as employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, staffing, equal opportunity, discipline, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, leaves of absence, etc. Works with union and non union employees. Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of the organization. Acts as a key internal expert for both specific and broad based human resources issues.
