International manufacturer is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for their US acounting team. You will be responsible for overseeing and completing all Accounts Receivable functions. Hours 8:00-4:30 Excellent benefits Salary up to $60,000 a year DOE

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Process accounts receivable deposits.
• Process credit checks for new customers including runnning Dun and Bradstreet reports
• Print all accounts receivable reports and maintain all accounts receivable files.
• Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.
• Track past-due invoices and call customers as needed.
• Reconcile bank statements and inter-company accounts.
• Prepare and submit corporate reports, including month end reports.
• Maintain Fixed Asset System and depreciation.
• Process credits.

Requirements of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Prior experience in a similar Accounts Receivable position required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Microsoft Excel skills required

Job Type: Full-time
