We are looking for –

• 3 years experience working in a Professional Office environment
• Sales Manager, Account Manager or Territory Manager role experience (Required)
• Job stability with your past employers (3+ years at one job) – REQUIRED
• Previously worked in the manufacturing industry
• Experience handling customer accounts
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Reliable transportation is required
• Resume must be up to date with most recent experience

Will be –

• Manage existing large customer accounts
• Data Entry to enter new customer orders into the system
• Research back orders by calling the manufacturer and updating the customer back
• Coordinate with sales team with orders
• Monitor the flow of orders
• Notify customers of delivery dates
• Update pricing information
• Assisting customers with order questions
