Remote HR Generalist needed in North Carolina
What’s in it for me?

$28/hr DOE
1st shift
Remote opportunity to NC residents – Must provide own equipment

What You Will Be Doing
Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
Accurately maintain employee files
Coordinate and monitor information entered into the HRIS system
Provide HRIS training and customer service support to users
What We Are Looking For
Proficient in Workday
Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Answer Triage HR questions that come through our department.
Must be in NC
Bachelor’s Degree
