A GLOBAL COMPANY IN DANVILLE, VA IS LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE!

What you will get-

- Pay- $22/hr
- Working 8 AM – 5 PM

What you will do-
- Resolve customer order issues
- Answer calls regarding billing issues, delivery issues, product issues ,and more
- Maintain and update customer records and profiles
- Entering customer information into the MRP system
- Resolve inventory issues with help from the QC team
What we need-
- 3-5 years experience working in a call center enviorment
- Experience with EDI and M3
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
