Job Description: Compensation Analyst

Traditions Health is seeking experienced, self-driven, and highly motivated individuals to join our team.

Job Summary: The Compensation Analystwilldesign and administer the Organization’s base pay programs and will ensure alignment with the Traditions Health Compensation Philosophy

Job Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or related program required

Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred

Experience:

• Two (2) to five (5) years of compensation experience required
• Benefits experience a plus
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred
• Workday experience is required

Knowledge and Skills:

· High attention to detail and analytical/critical thinking required.

· High level of interpersonal skills and working closely with all of HR as well as the business

· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Workday

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

· Advanced knowledge of the Fair Labor Standards Act and other federal and state specific compensation-related regulations

· Advanced presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization.

· Ability to work independently with high productivity levels.

· Ability to work under pressure with multiple competing deadlines.

Environmental and Working Conditions:

Works in a variety of settings and office environments, promoting functioning and coordination with all agency activities to ensure the highest level of professional care. Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Physical and Mental Effort:

Work requires sitting for long periods, bending, and stretching for files and office supplies. May occasionally require lifting files or paper weighing up to 30 pounds.

Essential Functions:

• Create, implement, and administer base pay programs that align with the Traditions Health Compensation Philosophy
• Collaborate with and provide compensation consulting to HR Business Partners and senior leaders of the Company
• Evaluate positions to determine exemption status; conduct market analysis in order to assign pay ranges and provide compensation recommendations
• Participate in annual compensation surveys and other ad hoc surveys as needed
• Assist with creating and maintaining internal pay structures
• Reviews and approves employment offers that exceed compensation guidelines
• Manage and administer two annual merit processes within Workday
• Provide modeling and reporting that support the design and administration of Tradition’s compensation programs
• Provide education sessions for every management level on compensation philosophy, programs, and processes
• Create and recommend changes or updates to existing compensation policies and procedures to stay competitive and prevalent with the market
• Partner with third party Workday administrators to accurately configure and test systemic processes
• Additional duties as assigned
