The Role:

With a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally Driven, Fun and Respect, the dynamic Software Trainer is responsible for the successful identification, creation, and facilitation of training plans for StaffBot and other complementing applications. StaffBot is an industry-leading vendor management software (VMS) with exclusive innovative features that are blazing a new trail in the industry! The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, a creative inclination, be a self-starter, detail-oriented, well-organized, communicative, and respond timely to internal and external clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with internal teams to identify training needs
• Creating training programs that teach users how to perform their required day-to-day tasks based on their specific processes
• Considering feedback from training recipients and enhancement developments to continually improve and maintain documentation of repeatable training plans targeted for respective audiences (Clients, Agencies, Intercompany, etc.),
• Establishing on-demand training material resources (videos, guides, etc.) for users to access step-by-step demonstrations of common functions
• Scheduling and facilitating live training for intercompany users as well as external clients
• Virtual
• Occasional travel when there may be in-person training needs
• Utilizing and teaching others to use deductive reasoning in support of analyzing systems and reporting data for the sake of identifying real-time answers to frequent questions
• Performing other duties as assigned

What We Look For:

• 2+ Years’ Experience Software Training Planning and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred – Computer Science, Training and Development, or a related field

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift to 20 lbs. as necessary.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move throughout the office environment.
• Continually observe information/data both on paper and electronically at a close range/distance.
• Continually operate a computer and other electronic office equipment.
