Our center is seeking a Lead Teacher who can motivate the youngest generation to take their first steps into the world of reading, learning, and socializing. The Lead Teacher will have to demonstrate sound leadership skills and a sincere love for working with children. This position is perfect for someone who wants to inspire young minds while gaining experience in a childcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide content-specific instruction.
• Mentor and evaluate other teachers.
• Set up classroom and plan lessons.
• Develop curriculum and materials.
• Plan and implement lessons based on the needs of students.
• Advise students on academic needs, test results, and college prospects.
• Deal with parents who have concerns about their children’s education.
• Manage other teachers in day-to-day operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
