Discover Impactful Work:
Under the direction of HR leadership, you will be handling the day-to-day Human Resource functions including positive employee relations, recruiting and selection, HR compliance, on-boarding, training and development, compensation and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Performs routine tasks required to administer and implement HR functional initiatives
Provide HR support and coaching to mid-level managers on HR policies and processes, people management, and career development
Counsel and/or coach employees and mid-level managers regarding employee relations issues including performance management, facilitation of formal/informal complaints, etc.
Ensure effective talent management including recruitment to support the organization’s growth.
Assist mid-level managers in assessing and identifying resources to meet employee/departmental training needs and support employees to continuously develop their skills in their field of work
Partner with site, HR centers of excellence, and mid-level managers to coordinate and provide guidance on site activities, and drive employee engagement
Maintains compliance with US, and state employment laws and other human resources compliance issues.
Collaborate with country HR leaders to drive / support benefits and policy harmonization as applicable. Work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and other Human Resources colleagues to evolve and implement services, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field
Experience
Generally, 3+ years of HR work experience or equivalent experience required
Knowledge and Complexity of Role
Must have demonstrable track record in various aspects of human resources (staffing, compensation, employee relations).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience using a HRIS database and reporting application
Highly collaborative, results focused, and have a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
Strong analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent influencing skills, along with ability to build positive professional relationships
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, and follow up on projects and issues

Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies to include state and Federal labor laws.
