The Team
The HR team sit at the heart of the Casbah group providing a full range of core HR services. The HR team provide seamless background procedural services, are there when needed with specialist advice and guidance and lead the conversation on strategic HR and roadmap delivery.

The Job
The HR advisor will work with the Exposure New York leadership team to ensure smooth, responsive, and proactive people operations. You will develop and maintain quality and trusted relationships across the team while seeking to understand the people opportunities and challenges to provide expert advice, guidance and coaching.
The HR advisor will be the first day to day contact for all HR matters such as employee relations, development discussions and recruitment and will also play a leading role in delivering the HR roadmap, including annualized processes such as appraisals and any discrete value-add projects.
You will be supported by a full time London based HR Assistant and functionally report into the Exposure UK HR Business Partner to ensure a joined-up approach is taken across Exposure where possible.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Building and maintaining key relationships – your ability to influence through the company will depend on you building credibility and a reputation for responsiveness with key stakeholders.
Expert advice – providing day to day guidance and advice across all HR disciplines, policy and law.
Employee Relations – making sure all employee relations matters are managed appropriately, adopting pragmatic and commercial approaches. Escalating as appropriate.
Management Coaching – supporting the development of individual and company management capability through coaching, training, and acting as confidante.
Learning and Development – working with managers and the wider team to make sure all learning and development processes are conducted in ways that add value at the local and group level.
Performance Management – maintain a performance focus across the group, supporting managers in tracking KPIs and dealing with issues.
HR Projects – Support delivery of HR roadmap and reactive projects.
Ownership of HR processing – working with the HR assistant to ensure smooth, consistent, and compliant HR processing. This includes ensuring effective communication between finance, IT, and wider management.
Recruitment – supporting managers make quality hiring decisions by clarifying requirements and connecting with the market in the best ways. Manage recruiter relations and contracts, including ensuring competitive rates are in place.
OnBoarding – Develop and deliver an effective and engaging onboarding and induction program, supporting new joiners to quickly connect and be impactful. Ensuring all contracts and new starter documentation is prepared and distributed quickly and accurately. This must be consistent across all divisions.
OffBoarding – ensure appropriate processes and discussions take place when colleagues leave, including conducting exit interviews and sharing lessons and insights as appropriate.
HR Analytics – support leadership decision making through provision of data and analysis, considering internal and external factors.
Requirements
You’ll Likely Need These Specialist Skills
Membership of HR professional body and evidence of developing career.
Expert knowledge in all key areas of HR management, including talent, engagement and performance, reward and employee relations.
Current employment law knowledge.
Understanding of how HR contributes to commercial objectives.
Pragmatic and innovate approach to problem solving and advice Influencing and stakeholder management.
Collation, analysis and use of HR data.
Everyone at Exposure Should Have
Experience in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment (experience in the creative communications field a strong plus).

Benefits
Salary – $80,000 to $110,000 per annum dependant on experience
