Full Time, Benefits, 9:30a to 6p Monday – Friday, Availability for Weekends as needed
An employee in this position is responsible for key human resource processes of the community including recruiting, interviewing, conducting employee background checks, completing/organizing new hire paperwork and employee files, managing benefit enrollment, and leading new employee orientation and scheduling.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute The Woodlands of DeWitt staff recruitment strategy to ensure adequate staff levels are maintained at the community to deliver extraordinary care.
Maintain job postings as needed on all platforms in the staff recruitment strategy (Facebook, Indeed, university/college websites, etc.).
Schedule and conduct interviews and provide recommendations to Associate Director on candidates. Conduct background checks on all new employees prior to hire. Coordinate medical check / physical for all new employees.
Completion of employment forms for new-hires and timely submission to management company for processing. Set-up of new employees in payroll system.
Conduct The Woodlands of DeWitt Care Training / Orientation for new employees to include community tour, handbook review, benefit enrollment, policies and procedures, payroll and timeclock, etc.
Reliable transportation to work with flexibility to work on any day of the week, any designated shift as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements:
2 years experience in scheduling & recruiting
CNA or Med Tech
