The Vancouver Clinic Hiring for HR Assistant 20 hours/week Job at Vancouver, WA Full Time

We are looking for an HR Assistant to work 20 hours per week.
Minimum $19/hour, more depending on experience.
In this role you will:
- Assist Leave Specialist in in follow-up and tracking of leaves by contacting employees on leave via email and phone.
- Run reports from Workday and be able to filter and sort data in Excel.
- Enter data in Workday.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent organization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to provide compassionate communication to employees regarding their leaves.
- Able to interact in a courteous and professional manner with employees and leadership throughout the organization.
Education and Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service related position.
- Demonstrated experience managing data and tracking complex information.
