The Online Learning Specialist provides online instructional design and development support to subject matter experts (SMEs) for Epic and other network-wide IT online learning initiatives. The Online Learning Specialist designs and develops self-paced learning for selected network systems and applications.
EDUCATION:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in adult education, instructional design, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
The incumbent must have at least two years of verifiable specialist experience in working with subject matter experts (SME), learning management systems (LMS), online course development software, and instructional design process in a complex organization.
Incumbent’s experience and training includes designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating general, supervisory and technical training programs.
