The University of Tennessee, Knoxville is seeking a highly motivated development professional to be its next Gift Records Specialist II for the Tennessee Fund, underneath the UT Foundation. This position is responsible to perform a variety of complex duties associated with a highly confidential gift processing function as well as provide administrative support to the Athletics Development office. This position will report to the Director of Internal and Financial Operations

Candidates must have a high school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of professional office experience preferably with fundraising enterprise systems and/or financial operations. A associates or bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of the above experience is acceptable. Previous experience working in college athletics is preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly supportive of and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Job Skills:
This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills. Microsoft Office Software proficiency is expected. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform well in a deadline-driven and team-oriented environment, adapt to a changing environment using advanced and complex data entry systems, and be able to maintain accuracy and confidentiality with regards to data.
