CRM Director – Office of the Provost
Administrative Management 1 (MR13)
The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, seeks applications and nominations for the position of CRM Director. This position develops and directs the university’s enterprise CRM program strategy. The director manages the work of the university’s central Salesforce CRM team, which consists of analysts and a Marketing Cloud product team. The position also provides leadership and guidance to a distributed, cross-functional team of professionals across the university.

The university is investing in a transformational project to implement an enterprise CRM system, built on the Salesforce platform. Initial implementation is underway, and the first phase of this multi-year initiative will launch in spring 2024. The inaugural CRM Director will provide critical leadership to this endeavor and will have the opportunity to shape the future of how students engage with the university.

The market range for this position is MR13. Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.
