POSITION SUMMARY
The campus Spirit Store and Mailroom are housed in the brand-new Cutler Student Center facility. This position directs the operation of the spirt store and mailroom. Duties include: store management (sales records, inventory records, and equipment), product advertisement, expediting all university mail and supervision of staff.
This is an in-person position with some evening and weekend hours.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required: Associate degree in a related field with 1-3 years’ experience in retail/management and/or a customer service-oriented field. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, carry, shelve items, bend and stretch in the performance of store operation.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 or more years of experience in retail/management and or customer service-oriented field.
COMPENSATION
This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position with a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, with generous paid holiday and leave time. Tuition programs available.
