Primary Purpose of Department:
The College of Arts + Architecture Performing Arts Services, in collaboration with the Departments of Theatre, Dance, and Music, seeks to advance the academic and event activities in the College’s performance venues in support of the College’s goals. Through its curricular, production, and operational activities, PAS works with the three performing arts departments to provide high-quality academic, production and performance experiences for CoA+A majors and UNC Charlotte students.

Primary Purpose of Position:
The Costume Lab Manager oversees the direction, execution, and realization of all costume elements associated with College of Arts + Architecture productions and performances, in consultation with the Dance Costume Designer (PAS) and Professor of Costume Design (Theatre). The successful candidate will have strong patterning skills (draping or flat patterning) and experience supervising/teaching individuals of varying skill levels. The Costume Lab Manager also plays an important role in the education of performing arts students in the College of Arts + Architecture. Teaching responsibilities include Production Practicum.
