Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Japanese Studies, Second Language Acquisition, Language Pedagogy, Comparative Literature or a related field, with an emphasis in Japanese. Applicants must have their degree in hand at time of appointment.
Position Summary:
The Department of Comparative Literature and Intercultural Studies at the University of Georgia invites applicants for the position of Lecturer in Japanese, to begin August 1, 2024. This is a full-time, non-tenure-track appointment. The teaching load is four courses per semester. Duties include teaching introductory, intermediate, and advanced Japanese language courses.
