Master’s Degree in the field plus three years experience
Position Summary:
The incumbent will ensure the cohesion of the visual concepts (including online forms, MailChimp, publications, print and digital design, video, multimedia, web, social media, etc.) of the Tifton Campus’ communication strategy associated with its research, extension, and teaching programs.
This position will ensure that the University of Georgia brand guidelines are correctly utilized in order to convey a consistent style and message and to emphasize the connection between the Tifton Campus and UGA proper.
The employee will work with the Assistant Dean, research, and extension teams, the Academic Programs team, and individual faculty of the campus to conceptualize designs and implement ideas through multiple communication mediums such as online forms, MailChimp, Campus Signage, web, print, and video.
The employee will also play an active role in determining the communication strategies of the Tifton Campus and its many programs especially the Tifton Campus Academic Programs.
This individual will independently lead large, varying design projects and execute them in multiple mediums.
