Minimum Qualifications:
Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Ability to operate seed cleaning equipment including blowers, threshers, and screens.
Position Summary:
Assist with planting, maintaining, and harvesting various vegetable crops in the field and greenhouse; extracting seed from the harvested fruit; and cleaning and packaging seed.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Clean seed of vegetable crops including pungent peppers. This will include the extraction of seed from harvested fruit and cleaning of seed using specialized seed cleaning equipment.
