Minimum Qualifications:
Requires at least a baccalaureate degree in the field. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree. 5-7 years of experience in NCAA Division 1 collegiate athletic development or related work experience. Effective experience and use of Paciolan and/or Blackbaud products.
Position Summary:
The Assistant AD for Annual Giving and Strategic Operations manages the day-to-day responsibilities of the annual giving team, as well as data processes for The Georgia Bulldog Club and Ticket Operations teams. Responsible for managing sequencing and strategy for all TGBC annual giving communications. This position will collaborate with data partners across UGAAA and with Paciolan to elevate UGA’s strategic use of data to inform high-level decision making. Oversees a team of four full time staff and two graduate assistants/interns.
