Position Summary:
This position provides primary administrative support to the Associate Dean office in the Graduate School, serving as a critical liaison with faculty, graduate students, graduate program administrators, and other University administrative offices. Specific responsibilities include coordinating Graduate Council subcommittees, managing out-of-state tuition waivers, and routing approvals of new graduate courses. The person in this position coordinates the day-to-day activities of the Associate Dean of the Graduate School and provides limited administrative support to Graduate School activities coordinated by the Assistant Dean.
