Position Highlights
The Department of Medicine is seeking candidates for multiple Technicians, Sleep Studies (Clinical Research Coordinator I) to perform polysomnographic (PSG) sleep studies for Sleep Medicine research studies on a per diem basis. Studies may include healthy volunteers, individuals with sleep disorders, or hospitalized patients. The Technician, Sleep Studies will conduct sleep studies in the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center for Sleep Circadian and Neuroscience Research. During or after the sleep study, it may be necessary to collect and process blood, urine, or saliva biological samples. The incumbent will work closely with investigators, study coordinators, and other staff members, to ensure continuous, high quality capture of sleep study data. The successful candidate will possess ingenuity, resourcefulness, and adaptability to the special and changing needs of research.
