Normal Work Schedule: 7:30a-4p
Job Summary: This position performs a wide variety of manual duties such as loading and unloading equipment, supplies and trash, setting up and taking down equipment, cleaning, performing errands or messenger duties under close supervision.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Ability to read and write and follow both oral and written instructions. Must be able to lift, handle and maneuver tools, materials and supplies of the job.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver’s license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.
Final candidates who are not current University of Alabama employees must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.
