Come join our fast-paced environment where you will install and maintain hardware, systems, software, and applications as our Technical Support Analyst II. Your services will ensure RMA personnel is supported by maintaining our information system. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to expand your skills within IT and responsibility.

We are seeking someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, another related field, or 2-3 years equivalent work experience in addition to the below requirement
• Minimum of 3 years experience supporting technology systems
• Minimum of 3 years supporting and administering AD and MS 365 environment
• Prior experience with technical documentation
• Required to work outside standard hours to oversee upgrades or fixes, ensuring there is minimal interruption to business as usual.
• Responsible to administer and abide by all of RMA’s information technology policies and procedures

What you will be doing:

• Maintain information systems to ensure that RMA continues to effectively support and serve staff, members, associates, and other customers to achieve organizational objectives. Develop system specifications to satisfy defined objectives.
• Support, administer and maintain all features of the Microsoft 365 environment.
• In an ongoing manner, monitor the latest releases of the network operating system and office automation software. Translate user needs into information systems technical requirements. Recommend technical improvements to enhance performance, efficiency, and quality of information technology systems, install and integrate these with existing systems and software.
• Effectively troubleshoot systems problems. Enforce network operating standards regarding security, Backup, and Recovery of servers and PC workstations.
• In a timely and effective manner, troubleshoot and resolve user-related systems-supported hardware and software problems. Assist where possible on unsupported interfaces.

• Create and maintain policies, procedures, support, training, and knowledge base documentation.

• Assist in the procurement of hardware and software, and provide maintenance of technical documentation, and upgrading of desktop workstations

We are seeking candidates in the Philadelphia, PA area as this role is a hybrid role with the need to go into the office to fulfill responsibilities.
