Do you have ERP experience working as a Payroll and HR specialist? If “yes”, then look no further!

THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking qualified candidates for a Payroll/HR Specialist opening for specialty construction client in Hopkins, MN. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR functions, processing payroll, experience with Sage300 or Union Payroll’s is a big plus!

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience in SAGE 300 beneficial
• All payroll functions – 130 employees (45 office and 85 union)
• Processing weekly payroll (includes inputting timecards) and bi-monthly payrolls (office employees)
• Payroll reporting
• Direct Deposits
• Benefit Summaries
• All HR functions/Health Insurance/HSA
• Quarterly tax reporting
• Affirmative Action Plans (State, Minneapolis, St. Paul, Madison)
• New hire applications and setup including drug testing
• Work with unions (monthly reporting)
• Commissions
• Auto drivers DMV yearly checks
• OSHA 300 Logs
• Work Comp First Report of Injury

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQURED

• 1-2 years’ experience in payroll processing, HR benefits/Health Insurance/HSA/Work Comp, and payroll taxes for similar size organization required.
• Advanced excel skills are required
• Prior experience for Sage300 preferred prior experience with Union Payroll preferred.

SPECIFIC SCHEDULE AND PAY FOR THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST

• Located in Hopkins, MN
• 100% onsite
• $30-35/hr
• Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Direct-hire opportunity!
• Benefits include Health insurance paid 100% plus HSA, 15 PTO Days + Holiday, 401 (k) plus Profit Sharing Plan, and Bonus Plan.
