Job Title:Maintenance Supervisor
Department:FAES | Wooster Campus Facility Services
Plan and schedule regular inspection or testing for systems on campus via Facilities Skilled Trades staff or contractor. Performs routine inspections on campus equipment and the building spaces, identify the issues and schedule repairs Work with vendors, contractors, and fiscal officers to procure the needed parts and/or services to complete projects or repairs.
Supports Facilities Operations skilled trades staff by investigating work orders that could be (ID/IQ); create preventative maintenance workorders for new or missing assets and adjust the preventative maintenance schedule for equipment in Asset Essentials. Fills in for the Manager Facilities Management and other Facilities Operations supervisor when absent. Performs other duties as assigned.
