The Information Assistant for the Ohio State Newark admissions office provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers; assists the admissions office with on-campus event registration and day of event tasks, performs reception functions; coordinates and schedules all personalized campus visits for prospective students with admissions counselors; refers students to other campus departments and community services; assists students with a wide array of complex issues as they relate to their admission and enrollment at Ohio State Newark; performs CRM data entry; supervises student office assistants; serves as the back-up for the admissions office operations coordinator; provides administrative support to the admissions team; supports all admissions events.
