JOB SUMMARY
Our client in Manchester NH is looking for a human resource coordinator to join their team! This is a great opportunity if you’ve been working as a human resource administrator and looking for that next step up!
Compensation: $17 – $21/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Hybrid – Needs to be in office on Wednesdays and occasional other days (1-2 other days per month).
General Duties:
This person will be working heavily with employee and contractor benefits. Explaining their benefits plans, enrolling people, terminating benefit, unemployment claims, employment verifications, etc.

The ideal candidate:
- Extensive experience in administration, ideally in human resources but can be in general administration as well.
- An ability to stay organized and pivot from project to project throughout the day
- Proven experience in administrative duties with an understanding of human resource practices
- Ideally looking for a team player who enjoys collaboration and working as a team
- An intuitive person who also wants to learn all the ins and outs of the company, the department and their processes
- Must be comfortable toggling between multiple systems simultaneously
