Manager, HR – Operations Strategic Projects
This role will be responsible for leading and driving human resources related projects across the NA Operations network in support of transformation, and in partnership with our business teams. This position will require thorough understanding and application of human resources processes including, but not limited to: KHMS, engagement and retention, talent management, workforce planning, training, compensation administration, organizational change/effectiveness, staffing and pipeline development, and recruiting for hourly workforce employees. The successful candidate will exhibit a strong affinity for project management, be comfortable in Agile tools and ways-of-working, and be strong working with, and influencing others.
What’s on the Menu?
* Project Management: PMO for network-wide strategies across NAZ Operations, targeting turnover reduction, engagement, training, and other projects as necessary.
* Analytics: understand the relationship of data relative to the broader network, be able to provide insights where applicable to drive relevant change.
* Performance: support and develop Operations KPIs in partnership with Performance, and target-setting year-over-year
* Influencing: be able to influence senior leaders to affect change and drive accelerate transformation
* Onboarding: understand the onboarding processes and procedures of hourly employee at Kraft Heinz
* Recruiting: participate in ongoing hiring strategies and efforts to elevate the team and organizational effectiveness
* Training: assist in developing and administering appropriate training opportunities for employees to further their development

Base Salary Range: $96,800.00 – $121,000.00Target Total Cash Range: $121,000.00 – $151,250.00
Target total cash represents this role’s annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
