SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
The Senior Human Resources Generalist position reports to the Associate Director of Human Resources, or the Director of Human Resources, or the Director of Accounting in Atlanta, Georgia.
DESCRIPTION
The Senior Human Resources Generalist position works closely with the Director of Human Resources, and / or the Director of Accounting as an advocate of the human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the firm. Key components of this role will be to enhance the employee experience at the firm, work with leadership to execute human resources initiatives, and to provide excellent support to employees and management.
