0 Quick Apply Part-time 6 hours ago Full Job Description The Gardens at Park Pointe, a Premier Assisted Living and Memory Care, is looking for an AFTERNOON LPN or RN, 4p to 8p, including alternating weekends.
$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS ESSENTIAL DUTIES This position is responsible for all nursing duties, resident assessment, health monitoring, and personal care programs.
Supervise the resident services staff according to the Facility’s policies, procedures and standards.
Administer and maintain a medication system which adheres to state, federal and company laws, regulations and guidelines.
Perform assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and establish appropriate service plans.
Supervise staff; available to cover staffing when needed.
Provide activities of daily living assistance to the residents as needed.
Provide training and orientation to new assisted living staff members and ongoing training to current staff members.
Communicate to residents, families, department heads and resident services staff in an effective and respectful manner as needed.
Maintain positive relations with residents’ families and physicians.
Qualifications A nurse licensed to practice as required by state regulations.
CPR certified and knowledge of basic first aid.
Must complete all state required training to maintain licensure or certification.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
