The Position:
Due to expansion of our services, we are currently seeking strong Lead and Assistant teachers to join our team. Our teachers are responsible for creating and maintaining a classroom that adheres to the school’s mission and vision. This includes, but is not limited to:
· Utilizing the many resources and curriculum to maximize the children’s learning opportunities each day
· Ensuring that MSDE Office of Child Care regulations are complied with at all times
· Communicating daily with parents about their children and their children’s academic progress
· Adhering to the daily schedule and following the prescribed curriculum
· Presenting a professional demeanor at all times
· Maintaining a clean and organized classroom that provides a healthy and safe environment for our children
Requirements for all Teachers:
· Be eager to learn about Early Education and share that knowledge with others
· Be energetic and flexible
· Have a passion for working with children
Requirements for a Lead Teacher:
· Be currently qualified as a Lead Teacher through the State of Maryland OCC
· OR have at least completed the 45 Hour Growth and Development course and either 45 Hours in Infant/Toddler, Preschool, or School Age curriculum

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
