The Creative Department is seeking an adept Account Manager (AM) with a proven track record of cultivating account growth through thoughtful, creative and solution-based client strategy.
The AM serves as the liaison between the client(s) and the agency, and will have primary responsibility for shaping marketing campaigns, websites, branding, product launches, videos and implementing new ideas to meet evolving customer needs. Prior work experience at a marketing, advertising, communication or digital agency in a client facing role is an absolute must to be successful in this role.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising or business- related field, a minimum of five years of experience in either a marketing/agency setting or in a corporate/business setting and will be proficient with Mac, Chrome, multiple window workflow, online applications, and password management. Experience in either marketing/communications or in a corporate/business setting is a plus. Additionally, The Creative Department uses Asana, Trello, Workfront, Page Proof, Proof HQ, Box, Dropbox, Adobe, and Microsoft 365.
Our environment is fast-paced, encourages creative thinking, is team-centered, detail focused and changes quickly and often. This is a 100% remote position, Pacific time; some travel may be required.
